Pulisic is so complex and contradictory, it is unbelievable. Not referrencing goat or ITK’s. There is a clause in his contract. From what I am hearing, from those very close. We were of the opinion (like Martial) there is/was a possible opportunity, based upon his contract. It seems only BVD & Pulisic’s lawyers know the details. And his agents and family have ‘possibly’ s different take on it. If! They are holding out for c.70m, we have then left from the the races.

We are speaking to Barrios and Plea’s people right now. And N’D, we are keen. I would love these both to drop off different reasons. The former is his naff injury record.

Spurs are going to spend £150M this summer..........

Grealish = £20 - £25M
Barrios = £14M
Plea = £25M

There better be something big in the pipeline!!!

I'm all for buying cover, but buying an actually first team challenger/starter would be nice.

I'm going to focus on the interest in N'D- I Iike to be entertained, and I know I'm not seeing a title anytime soon, so fine over-spending on this one...

Ignoring the rest, hopefully when things shake out so do they.

As I'm working from home today, I'm going to shuffle off to my "conf call" now... I think it's just about to start

Would be disappointed signing Barrios/Plea. Another DM seems pointless at this stage of the window and the clubs circulating around Plea arent flattering him. However, appreciate the information as always Herc. Seems that we could save the money on these two signings and spend big on one player, but i guess we dont know all the variables.

I would think if we're still looking at Barrios the plan must be to move Dier to the back #jumpingtoconclusions

Imagine at new whl and the starting on the big screen flashes up the starting eleven, its a big game and Grealish, Barrios and Plea are starting....sissoko on bench...are we happy then with our summer signings?

Sounds like more of the same old same old, talk the talk about getting our primary targets but in the end baulk at the price and revert to type - cheaper alternatives that we hope will turn into upper level players. Which is fine, we’ve had a degree of success with this approach I just hope it doesn’t grind Poch’s gears

We are told Poch is being backed so if these are some of his targets then he is easily pleased!

Cheers for the info Herc, ITK always helps with filling in the gaps..

After another successful season, another underwhelming list of targets. By the sounds of things we’re trying to do things on the cheap yet again.

Earlier ITK suggested we were going to spend big; bigger contracts, big signings yet I feel like we are still 2-4 years behind in terms of what our rivals are spending in these areas in comparison. We’re working in the market rate of the past!

Nothings done yet, but we’re so much better than this! If we’re not going to compete off the pitch, we’ll ultimately struggle on it if we want to start winning big trophies. We have a top manager, please back him properly! What more does he have to prove!? COYS!

I'll be happy with Plea (replacement for Janssen), Grealish (replacement for N'Koudou) and Barrios as an additional CDM but I would very much hope that due to the lower fees on those 3 we would still be in for Martial at least and possibly N'Dombele as well (replacement for Dembele).

All of it though very much swings on Martial for me and if it's not him then Pulisic preferably.

I'm all for adding depth to the squad but if it was those 3 without a marquee player as well like AM or CP then I'd feel a little bit disappointed.

it wouldn't be a transfer window if we didn't speculate a few million on a french forward who will no doubt be a 'raw talent' then eventually disappoint.... oh well one of them has to come off 3rd time lucky and all that !!
