Sorry but that’s not true. I’ve been a ST holder for 18 years and maybe miss 2 or 3 league games a season max. Been to every CL home game, almost all the EL games. Only games from recent years I haven’t been to are some of the FA cup games. I’m in Phase 3.
And as I’ve said before, all very well rewarding people for the extra games in the last 5 years, but it’s been quite easy to be enthusiastic about following Spurs during that time. Try having the same enthusiasm and following us week in, week out when we were shite.
It is what it is, but whatever way you spin it, not having records of long standing ST holders is penalising fans for long term commitment to following Spurs. Someone with a ST for 20+ years should have first dibs for tickets when we finally get a new stadium.
Yes my LP had got quite low but this season at Wembley with a point for every game attended or listed plus some big points on the lowly cup games I got into phase 2 but I’m choosing to wait for friends in phase 3. I’ve had my ST since 1999 so could feel aggrieved but there has to be a cut off. The only comment I would make is those with the highest LP are those who go to aways so not sure the relevance for buying a home ticket!
