What time is it on, please?Heavy week for the U18s

Looks like a 4-2-3-1:
Brandon Austin; Joe Pritchard, Christian Maghoma, Jonathan Dinzeyi, Jaden Brown; Tashan Oakley-Boothe, Jack Roles; Shilow Tracey, Keanan Bennetts, Anthony Georgiou; Kazaiah Sterling
Who's the RB in that set up ?
It seems a very attack heavy lineup with nobody who particularly knows how to defend. This has been a mess so far. Swansea look tactically astute and we have no Plan B.
The TOB/Roles double pivot isn’t looking great.
Thanks11am.
Our u23s look a lot worse than last time I watched them. Is there a lot of injuries or is it just that all the good players are out on loan/with first team?

Looking at that list only 3 will be ( should be ) here next season (CCV, Onomah, Edwards) but probably loaned out again.Currently we have the following players out on loan:
Connor Ogilvie - Gillingham (January)
Tom Glover - Central Coast Mariners (April)
Josh Onomah - Aston Villa (season)
Cameron Carter-Vickers - Ipswich (season)
Marcus Edwards - Norwich (season)
Ryan Loft – Exeter (season)
Luke Amos - Stevenage (season)
Anton Walkes - Portsmouth (season)
Shayon Harrison - Southend (season)
Vincent Janssen - Fenerbahçe (season)
Certainly a lot of those would have improved tonight's team, but only three or four of them would have played, I suspect, as we have this rather strange policy of largely not using players who are training with the first team. Oakley-Boothe and Georgiou being involved tonight was a bit of a surprise (neither played well FWIW).
I am often baffled when I watch our U23s about how we can produce players who can play such cultured, progressive football at U18 level an then end up with an U23 side who seem to struggle to string passes together, or who tend to play as a group of individuals rather than a team.
The best player tonight was probably Bennetts, but his good moments came when he did his own thing, basically.
