Kramer makes sense. If I recall correctly he was mentioned in ITK and media about a year ago or so, with strong enough links to at least suggest that we have been looking at him for a good while

Could be our Matic...who isn't the quickest but can stretch out those pins to good effect and has fantastic positional play. He's quite similar by the looks of it; looks to play forward and has great distribution.

Could be a cunning transfer tbh.

I wouldn't especially say that.

He's very like Mason and Bentaleb. He's very aggressive with his passing, but a few go astray every game.

There are very few players that avoid that variable.

And I wouldn't say Mason and Bentaleb are particularly 'aggressive' in their passing per se. Can't see the parallel.

Aggressive in that they are always looking to move the ball forward, to the extent they force it a lot of the time (in contrast to turgid sideways Dembele, Capoue and Paulinho).

I've seen Kramer hit a bad pass and cause a goal to be conceded on several occasions. The Mason and Bentaleb boo boy morons would be straight onto him too

Bentaleb does his fair share of sideways and backwards passing tbf.

I think Kramer's other attributes are well suited to stick him besides Bentaleb and let Nabil drive forward more and get amongst the assists and goals as we need to get more out of his talent in that respect as he has a very good left peg.

I dont think Kramer's one of the guys Trix was referring to with the looking at gladbach thing. He's on loan with Gladbach this year, so he's technically not their player, and plus he just signed a new contract with Leverkusen in January.

From Coys:

...maybe we should be looking at Gladbach players...

TRIX: Perhaps we already are

Later on:

They have a few very good players, Kramer is a player that has been mentioned.

Dembele is one of the best players to protect a ball in the Premier League. And he can dribble past players with ease. His main problem is that he can't shoot effectively on a regular basis. Capoue was brought as a defensive midfielder with a great long ball. He lost his place in the team due to an off-field altercation I presume. (Kaboul, Capoue, Ade, Lennon incident). Turgid sideways passing comment really doesn't apply here in my opinion.

STORTS on COYS (considered itk still? Confirm either way)

On lavezzi:

Hmmm, he's been offered to us, I know that, I assume that's where the story has come from.

He's very short - 5'11".

Bob Wilson was saying the other day that modern goalkeepers can't really excel beneath 6'2", and 6'3" is seen as the optimum.

I got a dislike for saying he's short, lmao

Would very much like this... I would suppose the wording of the ITK suggests its agents offering rather than the club, hope we at least minimum consider this.

The 2015 summer transfer window will officially open on Wednesday, July 1. The Premier League season ends on May 24 so expect clubs to announce signings throughout June, but a player's registration cannot be officially transferred until July 1.
Football League clubs can sign players once they play their final game of the season.

Out-of-contract players generally move on 1 July, although deals can be confirmed before then.

What the ITK so far has shown me, is that "we", Spurs fans in general, as so much more careful with embracing rumours this time around. "This guy is shit, that guy is shit, they are all simply bloody shit". No doubt a couple of summers leading to underwhelming results will make us all pretty "meh" to any suggested signing. Imagine when we actually announce someone. We'll all go ":cautious::shifty::bored:"

Ach... Lavezzi is too old surely.
Saying that I think the squad would benefit from a VDV style older player, to come in and lead the way. Not saying it's him but a talisman with experience could be good

Bob Wilson? The same Bob Wilson that has this to say about Szcesczscesczseszscney ?

"You have to remember with Szczesny that he is still really a young guy and I have always been very solid in my support of him. I think he is a really solid goalie who is improving all the time,"

I think I'll not give much credence to his opinion, thanks all the same though buddy (y)
