If they ever create a time machine, I promise you that I will use it in the lamest possible way. I will travel back to 2007 or 8 (maybe right after that West Ham game where Ferdinand scored) and just tell that HappySpur about a future where we don't lose games late but persistently win them. And somebody will stumble on two similar looking douche bags having this conversation

DB1: Bullshit!
DB2: No it will happen
DB1: Bullshit
DB2: I'm telling the truth
DB1: Bullshit.....and so forth
I've never seen douche bag 2 around?

Also, this utter blatant corruption is sickening and this goes for the whole world, but corrupted people shouldn't be shocked at backlash when they do completely idiotic things.

Yeah life is unfair but we don't need this shit.

Because he's in his half.

Even the Sunderland players thought it was a goal.

I think the twat wanted someone to say well done you know the obscure rule but he's wrong and he should retire and go live in a damp box in a cave.

I know it was a bad call, mate. I saw it myself. But we can't get it overturned now! :ROFLMAO:

Wasn't there a disallowed goal against chelski that was yards in aswell? Seem to remember it was Foy.

I do remember a lino giving Chelsea a goal where the ball didn't cross the line and he'd made the call when he was actually closer to the half-way line than the fucking goal-line

Did he give it because there weren't two players between Jan and the goal? Or does that not apply in your own half?

Not in own half. That would mean pretty much everyone would be offside as soon as the keeper comes up for a corner.

The ref was 5 yards away and he didn't over ruled it, it was foy though so no great surprise, we keep getting awlful decisions just imagine that was to make it 2-1

Been a lot of critism of the refs lately and they are not helping themselves here are they, the refs.

It's.. I'm actually baffled here. This is something you see in China if you know what I mean.

It doesn't, lino trying to be too clever with a little understood rule.

Is it little understood? I've known that rule since I was a kid, I just explained what happened to my girlfriend and the first thing she said was "But you can't be offside in your own half?" - I don't think he was trying to be clever at all. I think he was absolutely fucking retarded and should apologise to Spurs/Jan for such a fundamental mistake.

I also think he should never work in the game at this level again. Absolutely indefensible decision, up there with the Mendes Old Trafford goal or the "Adebayor offside with three Stoke players standing on the goal-line" decision - funnily enough in another Chris Foy game.

Imagine if that decision was made at 1-1 anyway i think we actually played pretty well today.

A bit too much sideways passing and missed a bit of directness and pace which changed when Townsend came on, but otherwise bossed the game worked the keeper a number of times and limited them to very little, fully deseved 3pts and should've been 2/3-0.

A shoddy game from us but love winning when we've been a bit crap, it really fucks other teams off. (y)

It's not that we were crap, it's just the same old problems that Pochettino doesn't really seem to be curing.
Outrageous. I'm speechless.

Even fucking Foy can see he's in his own half. It's not just diabolical from the linesman, it's both of them.
