A pigs orgasm last approximately 30 minutes, I think this site's made many an SC poster manage to have a 12 hour one today that still hasn't finished

One thing's for certain, Levy wouldn't put the financial stability of the club in jeapordy. If we're spending, then the money's there.

Good post. If it was dependent on Bale money we would of 100% made sure RM could pay and a deal was practically in place. Levy isn't that reckless.

I really hope the ITK keeps on coming all night. Been working a night shift for the last three months, and tonight is the last one! A great night to leaf through the debris of a momenttus day!

Magnificent whoring all round and a big wet kiss from TSH (lips and tongues 'natch) to Happyspur for his brilliant work in keeping the Read Only updated. It's been a huge help to us as well as keeping the peasantry informed. Enjoy your snog HS!

I feel like Sally Fields on Oscar Night. Mostly because I'm tucking and asking the wife to be the man "again" tonight.

I remember the days when I was a Rumour Ranger, searching the forums and creating "Spurs Community ITK Gold".

This has honestly been such a fantastic day. I remember those days fondly, I could spend all day on SC without a care in the world. But alas now all I do is get shouty.

But deep down, I love all of you rumour mongerers. Except you BC. Stop pestering the fucking ITKs.

Which poster was about to commit suicide earlier on in the transfer window? I wonder if he's cursing from up there?

Pretty insane stuff, although we all need to remain calm, Willian and Lamela haven't signed just yet and we could end up with egg (as well as jizz) on our faces....

FUCK IT, LETS GO FUCKING MENTAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ok when i say mess i mean his mental state for balancing the book for Joe!
I cant see a downside to this as it means we have brought in 4 good players so far plus we keep our gem.
I don't see how we can lose in this situation at all. I'm so happy:)

I've got a feeling (if you pardon the pun) that all these signings and the sale of Bale will either

1) Fuck us up big time with the lack of a world-class player
or
2) Be the single greatest decision is the history of the club that will turn us into one of the best.

Does anyone agree? With which option?

I think this season will be good to get our new players gelled, get into the champions league and win the bloody thing beating Madrid in the final!

Hey JJ, don't want to turn this into a Q&A, but is the TV Money included in balancing the books?

As looking at what we've currently spent and potentially going to spend, compared to income we have received in TV Money and players sold, we're looking ok if were not to sell Bale

Income

TV Money - £87m

Parker - £3m
Caulker - £8m
Huddlestone £5m

Outgoing

Paulinho - £17m
Chadli - £7m
Soldado - £28.5m
Capoue - £9m

Total Net = +£41.5m

If we were to keep Bale and get Willan, we would still be up with how much we have spent at +£11.7m

If we were to get Lamela and kept Bale, we would then have overspent and the balance -£18.2m

But, if what we believe is to be true, we would be offloading the below players:-

Ekotto - £6m
Townsend - £9m

Meaning that our net spend would be -£3.2m

Also, we still have an asset in Bale that we could sell next summer for just as high as fee.
