JJ might cause a commotion, but considering he delivers a sizable portion of the ITK I would definitely not want him to stop posting as your post suggests you may prefer.

If he were, this place would be a lot quieter, we'd have nothing to discuss apart from the good old days when JJ posted sutff and it caused a commotion.

You have to try to enjoy this. You can only take the information for what it is.....potential information rather than definite information. Because even when an ITK is 100%, things change quickly. I seriously doubt any ITK ever has made a statement that they didn't believe to be true. Adiepf for all of his histrionics, believed his stuff. Same for Aqka. They may not have been right, but they were not lying. Seriously, the idea of an actual wind-up merchant is stupid. Sure, you might have gotten that crap on the old 606, but there's nothing to be gained from it here. They don't exist. So i If you come into this expecting gratification or concrete information, it will lead you to the point that many seem to be at today.

Just to remind you, that last year in the first half of June, the news was just as depressing and where did we end up? Great young manager, recruiting one of the 50 best players in the world, selling Modric and VDV and yet still getting better.

It's going to be okay. It really is.

It strikes me than many only want to hear the good info and not the bad, I guess I can understand that to a degree, we all want to hear positives, signing quality players and such, but lets be honest there has been and will continue to be negatives.
ITK info won't always be proven right, although some that might be right at a certain point can look wrong when things don't happen

To me it's all good debating points regardless, it's not as if we have lots of signings to talk about at this time, fair play to those prepared to bring what they see as disappointing news, right or wrong, if they believe the source of their information, it's a lot easier to ignore mentioning the negatives, but it doesn't mean there are not some out there that might be true

I got banned for taking the piss out of Ackie the other week! I wonder if the mods will take the same action against half of the posts on here today regarding our best ITK geezer in recent years??? :whistle:

Edit: not trying to get people banned before the neg reps start, just making a point!!

Except for Misfit, who calls me "Teabag Soup" because of an incident involving soup and balls and the fact that I went up for 3rds despite the joke having been revealed before I even had a seconds. It didn't help that I said "I've tasted this before. Mmmm. Mmmmm". Gonna be honest, that didn't help my cause.

I think it's good news that Sherwood and his cronies are in revolt at Baldini being brought in over their head and our transfer strategy being significantly re-orientated (probably towards the South American market).

I suspect Baldini/AVB have just said they'll pass on Eriksen (the Sherwood faction's apparent current fixation) and would rather have Bernard or Pjanic instead, or something like that

I'd rather have one of the top DoFs in the world - the guy who discovered De Rossi, Cassano, Samuel, Higuain, Pjanic and Lamela - in charge, than the remnants from our underachieving decades like Sherwood, Pleat and Rosenthal.
