Possibly, but I still think they would be 2 seperate deals announced individually. I think Daniel does transfer deals so complex that they would have to be done seperately, even if they were for players at the same club.

Even if we do try and get 2 Ajax players though i'm not convinced they will sell 2 key players in one window. Losing Vertonghen is inevitable because he has only 1 year on his contract, but I can't see them selling other key players in the same window.

With that being said I would not be at all surprised if Daniel Levy didn't at least discuss Eriksen with Ajax. Possibly not for this window but as a potential future transfer at least. The kid looks highly talented afterall. I'm not convinced they will sell him yet though.

I'm still not convinced he's not Jenas. I mean look at his sudden appearance on this site. Seems to coincide with an injury to a certain box-to-box midfielder. And he always brings joy to the people here. Who would want to get on our good side more than Jenas? And how he's always responding to Jenas negativity with "that hurt" and "I'm a nice guy" and "I have feelings, you know". And how his sig changed from "Don't Hate the Eight" to "Parker Can Suck My Balls....Give Me Back My F****g Number"

I'm no detective, but this seems awfully suspicious.

slightly o/t, but on the subject of double deals i remember Houllier parading Dudek and Kirkland on the same day. Same position, but not two youngsters and i think the Kirkland deal was a fairly complex one with international and league appearance add ons. So i suppose a Vert +1 could happen, though i'm with the majority i am dubious, certainly that anything will be done today

Where Sir Les and Daveed on the same day/deal or just in the same summer? Can't remember for sure.................

Jenas wouldn't know as much info as JJ does. Jenas is only a player he wouldn't have any access to transfer dealings at the club.

'Marvellous' Marvin Martin off to Lille apparently. Just as well really, that is a ridiculous name.

I just love VDV, his comments are always reassuring IMO. I hope he stays at the club for a long long time even after he retires from playing.

And it points to another important thing as well: the players want Harry and I can't see any other quality in a manager beating that.
