He'd be a great signing for Arsenal, should they pull it off. Someone who for them could really unlock defences the way Ramsey used to but with the added bonus of pace.

His fee and wages are likely to be too high for us in terms of where Pochettino sees his priority in improving the first XI and squad and he seems to have made his decision as to where he wants to go.

I still don't understand the logic behind blowing the majority of their transfer budget on Zaha.

Goals isn't really their problem - it's their shambolic defenders that need upgrading and next on the list should have been a Ramsey replacement.

Let them agree the fee, then swoop. Think he could complete our team, if the goal is to be title challenging.

I guess if we’re going to truely dine at the top table, he would be considered a very good option. Not as good as Kane or Son but most of last season we had five defenders and Llorente on the bench.
To close that gap we do need three or four £50m players not just one and some future signings.

I really came here to question the asking price. Herc always told us AWB was going to cost well in excess of £60m but will seemingly go for a fair bit less. I wonder what the wiggle room could be on Zaha.
It sounded like money was available to spend on Lo Celso (although in my view that was the Eriksen replacement ) so maybe we can add another forward, even if they aren’t perfect for the starting XI our bench needs a huge upgrade
Clarke is another WF, wouldn’t mind getting another hot prospect in with him if we got lo Celso and kept Eriksen. And whoever doesn’t impress out of the two we loan out 2nd half of the season? Wouldn’t mind taking a punt on an absolute speed demon which would provide a different option to Clarke’s technique.

They’d need to remortgage the emirates to make the deal and even then they’d need to find £40m :ROFLMAO:

Wonderful seeing them right in the shit hahaha

Arsenal might as well nip this in the bud right away before their fans get over excited. The deal at the absolute least will be £60m-£70m and there is no way on earth they can afford that.

Give up Arsenal, you're skint.

There is no way Arsenal are getting Zaha for £40M ???

If he was available for that price he’d be going to a CL team as a backup forward.

I cannot see them selling him for less than £75m, especially as Man U get 25% of the fee and they just sold a rookie RB for £50M.

A fair few people are saying it would be a step down for zap Crazy Eyes to sign for Arse.

Both Parlour and Seaman are saying that they shouldn't be spending a huge chunk of their money on another attacker when they need defensive enforcements. It's madness.

I can see them start to offer players plus 40m. Hope Palace reject all advances, although if Zaha starts being disrespectful then they may be forced into doing a lower deal than they want.

There were some jokers on Arsenal Mania believing £50m and Chambers would do it. :ROFLMAO:

Take with a bath of salt but seeing as Ornstein and Sky both mentioned it could get ugly, Sky are suggesting he might refuse to train.

This situation is of his own doing though. :ROFLMAO: Why the hell did he sign the contract he currently has at Palace? Especially if he had ambitions to move to another club? I can't imagine he would retain the current services of his agent.

Can’t see them signing him without selling one of their strikers. They’ve no other player assets to sell to make the money up.

We should bid £65M (publicly). Palace will refuse. And Zaha’s minimum price will be set at £70M meaning Arsenal are fooked! ?

This is a problem they have that no one is talking about, there are so few players in their squad of any real value!

Can’t see Zaha going there without a mighty stink being kicked up by him at palace.
