CPFC finalising a deal for Ings for £24mil. I'm not Sherlock Holmes, but something is definitely afoot.
I would bet anything he leaves Palace and I'm still convinced we are in the race. If anything, how unequivocal the press and ITK's have been makes me thing somethings up, possibly serious games.

Or hes off to Chelsea and we all cry again.

Been strongly linked to Antonio and Awey as well. Surely if they end up with Meyer, Kouyite, Ings, Antonio & Ayew they'll be selling their prized asset one would think

So Zaha could be leaving based on them using all this cash - but where the fuck to? (serious question)

I genuinely wouldn't be surprised if we are still in the running for him. Just because someone's ITK doesn't mean they know everything that's going on behind the scenes at a club.

There's a possibility Grealish has kick started again, I think if Ayew or Antonio end up going to Palace there's every chance they'll be movement with their star man

Yeah I agree, I guess we all have that uneasy feeling from transfer windows past.

He could very well be staying as a couple of the broadsheets mentioned yesterday, and if so I have no idea how Parrish and the board would have achieved it, but fair play if they have.

In my deranged and desperate ways in the early hours of this morning while my five year old thought rocket lollies were a legitimate reason not to go back to sleep, I envisaged a totally fantastical scenario:
Zaha to the Chavs, Will.I.an to Utd and Martial to us. Then I cried, relented and we both watched Andy’s Dinosaur Adventures, rocket lollies in our hands and hopeless formations in my head. This could be the window that finally breaks me

Palace will need to balance the books, it is as simple as that.

Whether that means Zaha to us or, say, Chelsea - I would be utterly shocked if they don't cash in on him,

mmmm rocket lollies.

Yeah I reckon we could all come up with a scenario and watch it melt (eh?!) in front of our eyes. We're a deluded hopeful bunch, well most of us, I guess we may have an answer in the coming days.

Well IMO, this could be why they've suddenly starting making moves. Only in the last day or so have they been suddenly getting lots of links to players and are making signings. The suggestion from ITK was that Parish would need a week to get some deals done and it seems to me that's exactly what's happening now.

Until yesterday they'd sign a GK on a free, that's it. Now they've added Kouyate, talk of Max Meyer (free but BIG wages) amongst others that will cost money.
Can't completely discount the possibility but the only way that it would be a goer now is if a fee has been agreed. If Levy starts trying to sign him for a knock down price then it's a non starter. Still sounds to me like it's dead and we are only discussing it because there is precious little else to hang or hats on.

Perhaps Levy is/was trying to reach an agreement with a United regarding Zaha’s sell on fee... and would they consider dropping their 25% if we sell Toby at a lower ‘undisclosed’ price?
I admire your spirit.
