Right I've said this before but I'm going to say it again. It royally fucks me off that every other **** who is in this tournament smashes it yet we were in it for 10 years straight and did absolutely fuck all. Utd and Chelsea got in it once - won it. Arsenal made the final, even Middlesbrough and Fulham made the final and West Ham are probably next. Let's face it Leicester are doing better than we would have done in the Conference (even if we had snuck through the groups).

Why were we so shit all the time, we should have won this competition really given all the time we entered the damn thing.

I agree, it's frustrating, we have had some great chances.

Jol - Did really well first year but I think he had pressure from above to get top 4 so we lost encouragement for it.
Redknapp - Turned his nose up at it and said the league was priority.
AVB - Actually showed intent, but perhaps the players were not up for it?
Poch - Once we got a sniff of CL football, he made it a priority to always be there. You can't blame him either, we got to the CL final.
Jose - I think we were driven to win it but by the time we got to the crucial stages, Jose had already lost the dressing room.

It's really frustrating. But I think we always had top 4 to chase and saw that as a bigger prize. Whereas WH and Leicester have not got much to play for so can go for it.

Chelsea have had a bigger and better squad most of the time. United won it in 2017 but Jose realised they had a low chance of top 4 so gave that up and prioritised EL - they also had an easy run to the final.
