Nationality is irrelevant in UEFA's definition of 'locally trained', its all about how long a player has been at the club (or at least registered in the same country as the club) before the age of 21. Hence why Cesc Fabregas (for example) qualified as 'locally trained' for his English clubs, whereas Eric Dier will always have to be counted as one of the 17 'non-locally trained' players.Quite confused why he’s on A list. What ? Where did you get that from ? He’s not lightening but absolutely nothing wrong with his pace at all. Definitely quicker than Kane.
