What a game, 3 at the back certainly an option for us with Wanyama in the team. Loved watching us battle them and show no fear. Quality football by the whole team and fantastic attitude and composure.

The bias with Sky is infuriating, makes me sick. Alan Smith when asked if we are in the title race "Well it's a 7 point gap" I wonder if that would have been his response if it was Arsenal? Or City or Liverpool?

The answer is no, his response would have been "Well they have the talent at (City, United, Liverpool, Arsenal) so why not?"

We just beat the "unbeatable" Chelsea and not by some fluke or with luck or anything that Sky might suggest but because we were better than them, a lot better than them actually, they looked completely average.

They had the same amount of rest as us, they had their best team out, no excuses, we were better, does that mean we can win the league? Well I fucking think we can and fuck Sky if they think otherwise, we have to prove we can and I have faith in the lads.

+25 goal difference, 2 points behind the media favourites Liverpoo who are apparently considered a champions league regular now and bang on the money for the title if you believe these mugs in the media (despite them finishing 8th last season and being generally shit at the back, but let's ignore that shall we?) And 7 behind Chelsea who we just basically completely spanked mentally and physically in front of the world.

So yeah, we are title contenders and fuck anyone who thinks otherwise.

Russian commentators for the win. ;)

Lads, I think our season just started in a big, big way.

We were a youthful high energy team last year. The last month has been purely professional. That was a performance from us like I've never seen. Chelsea didn't have a sniff. So impressive. Not another club in the league capable of doing that to anyone.

Best performance from us arguably in a decades. Not flash, not all action, but the level of control we showed, from the youngest team in the league. Jesus, lads, that was a huge statement. That's the culmination of three years of Poch just come to fruition.

Delighted. And so impressed.

I agree mate completely, that was a mature side tonight, different from any other season, we actually looked like a side that could win the title tonight, impressed beyond belief, honestly, hands down the best performance under Poch.

Superb performance- this system really suits our team
3 really good ball playing defenders
highly effective wing backs
2 superb central midfielders who shield defence and retain possession so well and system frees up Eriksen and Alli to be creative
Awesome!
We're very strong in 352/343 and 4231 now. Got them down. Need to add 433 to the mix at some point. Good to have them all in your pocket to give yourself maximum tactical scope.

Anyone still think bringing Wanyama into the team has hindered us? Man is a fucking beast, stopping attacks left, right and center.
The way we played 3 at the back helps out play. Plays to everyone's strength.

Wayama was absolutely amazing today. Dele will get the plaudits but holy shit he was a beast. What a great signing he was.
