Yes. The whole thing would have been avoided if the ref had blown for the foul on lo celso right away. No idea why he was trying to play advantage there.

I believe that outside the box VAR can't review a foul where a yellow has been given, but it can review a potential red offence where a yellow hasn't been given. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.
