Not sure about the backline, we'd be desperate for a left back but with players like Son, Dembele and Alli I;d find it hard to see us drop out of the top 6. Particularly as those behind don't really have enough.

Mind, the weird thing is if we were to finish 6th this season I wouldn't be surprised (disappointed but not surprised) the gap is just that big.

I was thinking about this on Saturday after the game. Half the teams in the premier league haven't really got a choice but to park the bus against the other half. The gap is getting wider and wider too. Discussion for another thread, but I wouldn't be opposed to splitting the prem in two.
