Why not? Vorm has been playing all of our fa cup games and we've progressed to the semi final. dropping him then shows no faith in him and that Lloris has only been warming the bench for him
I’m sorry but its not as if we had a glorious run to the final thanks to Vorms incredible displays.
R3 - AFC Wimbledon (LG1)
R4 - Newport (LG2) - taken to replay
R5 - Rochdale (LG1) - taken to replay
1/4 - Swansea (PL)

We’ll never know if it would have made an impact but big games should have our big players and Lloris is our best GK

LMAO if Lloris would have continued his recent form and made an error people would have asked why he didn't play Vorm, so fickle.

I just get the feeling that the problem
with Kane is he is demanding to play and Poch is reluctant to upset the guy and put him on the bench....case of tail wagging dog I reckon.

Mourinho just knows what it takes to win the big games. Got to give him credit especially with a defence that consists of 2 wingers and 2 average CB's.
Yes he is a shit of a man but a serial winner poch is the opposite a decent humble man a joy to be around probably but not a winner as yet.

Using Portsmouth and Wigan while being a fact is is such a shit barometer of how to prove a point. That Silverware does what for those fans?

Nothing.

Keep peddling the doom and gloom, you only post when we lose.

We have got to the fourth most fa semis in the last 25 years behind Utd, Arsenal and Chelsea. That’s a very impressive record considering the consistency of the top sides - and only two of those 8 games were we playing a side you’d say we were favourites to win.

By contrast, Liverpool have only got there 5 times. But they got to the final 4 times and won 2. That’s the margins.

Fine margins indeed.

People won't want to read or hear it right now, and after yesterdays result fair play - but as a Club the next step is winning things bottom line. That's how far we have come under Poch. IMO of course.

Yes but both Portsmouth and Wigan have won the cup in those intervening years and we still can't make it to a final perhaps as a suggestion it's about time we won one of those 50/50 games for once.
I don’t disagree with you but it was more of a one off for those two teams. Twice in probably 20 years. Plus I would rather be us than either of those two teams. What leagues are they in now? We are much of a competitive team now so hopefully we will get more opportunities and take them.

The thing I can’t understand, and we did this against Juve as well, is how we can start so well, so fast, so direct, pressing like demons, create tons of chances, score a great goal...

Then as soon as we make a mistake and let the oppo back into the game we go into our shells and that kind of football completely disappears, to be replaced by knock it round the box going nowhere shite.

Psychologically we’re nowhere near the right place yet.

Yes I don't disagree it was a one off and those clubs are now fucked the point I'm making is that they can do it why can't we.

Sometimes it’s luck and everything falling into place at the right time. I did not say we could not do it. It’s been a mixture of bad luck, bad performances, bad form at the wrong time, bad management etc.

Now I've slept on it I still just feel sick with how the ref played into Man U's hands. How Valencia and Sanchez weren't booked for their rugby tackles I'll never know. They didn't even show the Valencia one on MOTD.

Then the ref finally starts booking them in the 90th minute when we want advantage and totally breaks up our play. Yellows are totally useless to us at that point.

Can’t believe that more hasn’t been said of Valencia not getting sent off? His first challenge was borderline red and then to do what he did with 15 mins to go and not pick up the most blatant of yellow cards was astonishing.

This one hurted.

Still depressed.... The worst thing is that we gotta wait more then a week before the team can prove they can play the way we know they can.

*sigh* wish I can have the last 24hours back.

But to have nothing fall in place on eight occasions beggars belief.

I find it staggering, Hugo's been almost throwing them in his own net for the last few weeks.
Theres not a chance in hell having Hugo in goal instaed of Vorm wouldve made a blind bit of difference, its just reaching for an excuse to bash Poch imo.

But would it have made any difference to the result I think it's a case of clutching at straws.
