Tottenham are expected to reject Bayern Munich's second offer for Harry Kane, understood to be in the region of €80million (£68.5m) plus add-ons.
Spurs have already turned down Bayern's opening bid for the England captain, which was thought to be worth €70m (£60m) plus add-ons.

I wonder if there is a number that we’ll accept.

I’m also highly dubious that he would want to go. Despite the reports to the contrary.

the whole thing feels like a bit like a Charlie Kane masterclass.

It would be hard to turn down anything above 90m (pounds) for a player with one year left on his contract and has given no indication that he is willing to sign a new one.

Feel like Declan Rice is a good marker for asserting our expectations - Kane of course much older, but also much better, and plays in a more expensive position.

Have read "blame" being placed on his brother a few times - for one bid ok maybe, but for a second im not sure how that works.

Unless they literally dont speak, there's no way harry hasnt had a conversation with him after one bid. At the very least Harrys not putting an end to it via Charlie or otherwise, and continuing this bids saga serves nobody unless he is willing to follow through on the move.
