Tottenham make first Radu Dragusin transfer bid as Bayern Munich talks intensify

Tottenham have made an opening bid for Genoa defender Radu Dragusin, according to reports, as the transfer tug-of-war between them and Bayern Munich starts to intensify. It comes as Spurs are in desperate need to reinforce their ranks over the coming weeks to help Ange Postecoglou.

Di Marzio reports that they have made an opening bid worth roughly £21.5million with an addition £4million in add-ons. It's the first official offer, which opens up the race slightly, though Bayern are said to be in talks with the player's camp.

It still feel that Genoa are twerking for Bayern to come in and do the do. It seems that usually a bid comes in and you hear it's been accepted rather than a longer, protracted saga. But hey, we are on this roller coaster now.
