I'm not a fan of sending players away from the group regardless if they're not in your plans just sets a bad precedent for the future. Imagine if that happened at any other job.

If they are being a bad influence then yeah I get it if they're still being professional let them train.

I remember reading something about Arteta allowing everybody to train together regardless if they were not in his plans.

There's now documented proof that this isn't the case.

In normal, every day jobs that you and I have, if things are not working out or we're not at the required standard, we get fired. The fact that they are stealing a living, vulgar amounts of money for not being that good at their job, and you still get to keep it.

Anyway, trust Conte. He knows how to handle these situations. If he thinks having them near the first team will be disruptive, then that's good enough for me.

Fans bang on about loyalty in one breath and then treat a home grown academy player like this.

He is getting paid to do a job ultimately. How he got there is in the past and not important factor when looking to the future.

Winks is the only one I'm sad about. He is one of our own.

It is even more sad that he comes on as a sub and has no impact on a game.

I wish him well in future endeavours and think we as a club have progressed more than he has.

If he really loves the club, he would accept he's not good enough and join a club more at his level. Staying and sulking doesn't do him or the club any good

Fans bang on about being an elite club, then cry when a rubbish player isn't allowed to train with the first team.

They could end up anywhere, and having them know Conte's training and systems wouldn't do us any favours either. Seems a bit punitive on the face of it but there'll be reasons.
I'm pretty confident that all parties will want to ensure that the 4 players are kept safe from injury in the closing weeks of the window, so it makes sense for them to focus on non-contact fitness training, away from the rest of the squad.
