I don;t think it was that bad? A few chances. The main thing that's irritated me is that Davies has often been totally free on the left, but the players have taken the ball centrally into crowded areas. Must use the width on both sides, not just the right.

The thing is, Poch is extremely limited in his options to make a massive change. He doesn;t have the CM personnel available, and would have to bring Alli or Eriksen into the CM. Perhaps Moura on in place.

Would like a 4-3-3, CM consisting of Eriksen, Wanyama and Dele. the AM3 of Moura, Son and Kane. At least the CM area won;t be so clunky. COYS

The team looks jaded. Exhausted mentally as well as physically. It’s not really about individuals, not about formation and only a bit about selection. The well knitted teamwork has gone. There’s a lack of ideas and our players who can do inspired things just look as if they haven’t the focus.

The only obvious formation/selection issue is that Eriksen has to drop too deep because Dembele isn’t there to carry the ball that 10-15m into a dangerous area.

I’m not sure there’s a way to fix this. Just hope we squeeze a goal from somewhere and get to the end of the season so they can recharge.

Sorry mate, I want to agree, but I think there's more to it. It's just too much of a capitulation.

Bear in mind, in addition to the above things I mentioned, we have ....

A striker that hasn’t looked fit since an injury, form has deserted him.
Wanyama who was injured lost form and has been a sub
Sissoko who is nothing more than backup
Son whose fall in form pre dates the cup semi
A full back pairing that lack the pace and urgency of Rose and Walker
A possibly not fully fit Jan

Then it doesn’t leave much and can explain why we look poor. So easily could have been a win on Saturday and most likely would have allowed all these factors to not fester. Sometimes it’s just a matter of mere inches and things can be so different

Both wanyama and sissoko are too slow in midfield. Both needat least 3 touches to make a pass. How on earth Kane and Dele can get space to score when they are heavily marked. If Poch couldn’t see it and to fix it. His future should be questionable

We do tend to look tired across the last few games of the season. This is garbage beyond measure but definitely over this and the leicester season we dropped off.

Once our lot find out Huddersfield are winning they'll try to find another level of shitness for the second half.
