Interesting to read an article the other day about Premier League clubs set to receive an additional £12m a year in sponsorship for having sponsors on the sleeves...what are people's thoughts??

Wouldn't be the end of the world for me, looks a little classier without it, but for an extra £12m a year, I wouldn't turn it down.

Be interesting to see if it's a sponsor for the whole league or if teams have their own individual ones. I know that Hermes are sleeve sponsors for the whole Bundesliga at the moment. Whilst for example Barca have Beko as theirs...

Nothing groundbreaking, and I'm not sure if it's already been mentioned, just saw it on Twitter today, something to mull over

Sounds like BS to me.
£12m a year os more than most sponsors pay for full frontal (oooh errr) sponsoring.
The premier league would also have to clear it.

Was it in the daily fail? Or some blog?

The Premier League have already cleared it, this deal is in response to a new rule which will allow a sleeve sponsor on one sleeve with the PL logo/patch on the other. The deal the Daily Mail has cack-handedly reported on is a joint deal between 8-10 PL clubs and a particular company who seem keen to have a number of sleeve sponsorship deals running concurrently. I doubt it will be £12m per club for a tiny oblong on a sleeve though (considering the majority receive far less for their prime real estate on the front) more likely is £12m spread across the 8-10 teams in question. They claim its a side effect of the PL doing away with a title sponsor, but that has hardly damaged clubs financially given the TV deal. I think it's a terrible thing, I love that PL shirts have been restricted (compared with say Football League or French league shirts, which are abominations).

Most likely fakes again as 'Welcome Spurs' sounds so odd and some of the colouring is just off in the pics but the second one is the best design so far imo

If the racing stripes messaging was real, this is defo fake. There are no stripes. They also had the shield badge on a replica football which suggests they'll use it in all marketing - which would make the badges on these ads wrong. Obviously that could be wrong tho.

Also 'welcome spurs' sounds like we're lucky to have Nike and have joined some elite club. We should be welcoming Nike, can't see Levy standing for that messaging. Unless these were early internal mock ups, but the lack of consistency in imagery suggests no.

Anyone know what the G logo is on both pics?

LEAKED: Nike Tottenham Hotspur 17-18 Third Kit Design

Following on home and away, we can today present you the first details on the new Nike Tottenham 17-18 third kit, the first-ever one made for the club by the Swoosh brand. Featuring AIA as main sponsor, the Spurs 2017-18 third jersey will be the last one to be launched this summer, likely in September.

This image shows colors and base design of the Tottenham 2017-2018 third shirt.

Once again based on a global template, the Tottenham 17-18 third kit will be predominantly purple with a geometrical camouflage pattern printed all over the front and back.

The accent color for the Tottenham Hotspur 2017-2018 third shirt is not confirmed yet, but it's likely to be white. The same applies for the club logo which should appear inside a shield on the Tottenham 17-18 third kit, as it will on home and away.

Besides the camouflage print, the template of the Tottenham Hotspur 2017-18 third shirt will be similar to this one season's Vapor AeroSwift one. Main differences being a slight change to the lateral insets, as well as to the structure of the sleeves, but more on that later.

I don't get having a purple third if the away is navy. What the hell are we gonna wear away to Newcastle?
