Are we aware that he has signed a pro contract now? He will be training with first team and under 23’s. If it hasn’t come out yet, then all is agreed as stated from what I heard.

Re Parrot, the talk is he will be on our bench before he is 18. I heard that from many, many scouts unrelated to our club. They said we hit the jackpot with this kid. Youth watchers keep us posted how he progresses.

I am told he is a very, very special talent.

We've heard such glowing assessments from people in the game about Onomah, Carter-Vickers, Edwards and Walker-Peters but not one has broken through yet. I'm sure there are posts from 2015 predicting all four to be playing for the first team by now.

I can quite many that have gone on to live upto the hype. I won’t even bother highlighting names, as there are MANY.

i wonder where edwards actually is right now, he's barely even a footballer at this point.

hopefully he and kwp are in england's squad for toulon which should be announced soon, both could really do with the games.

Normally I would say, they should probably get another chance after their first year, but we have so many quality CBs and some in the years below plus Okedina to return from injury that it would make sense to release him based on performances.

Brown not being there is a big indication he's going and possibly Reynolds. Shame re:Brown imo I'd definitely rather keep him over Tracey and Marsh who are also both older. Also strange Mukendi is going, I assumed he'd be released haviing barely featured.

Academy players can only do so much, and then they're dependent on PL managers doing something out of the ordinary and actually trusting them

reynolds is injured but would say he will almost certainly stay - probably on a pro too.

brown i'd still be surprised to see go, we've kept on plenty of worse players than him recently and he was looking decent earlier on in the season before picking up an injury.

Brown's had ample chances and looks miles off to me. Reynolds deserves another year but he's never making it at Tottenham. The big shame this year was Tsaroulla as I thought he was making huge strides in the second half of last year.

why amazed? he's been in practically every england squad since he was an u15, what's happened to him here and at norwich won't have much of an impact on how he's viewed within the england setup.
