My luck with American sports is non existant.
The Vikings, Twins and Timberwolves have not given a lot of joy for some time!
Add Spurs to the mix and my Aussie rules team, who have not won the premiership since 1998, and it all really sucks!
Tell me about it, since 84 I have supported Bears, Bulls and Cubs….1 trophy between them in thi century…

I know the draft works in a way if you draft your QB last it means, if you had a couple of bad years, it will result in your team having elite talent on small contracts

BUT this latest group of QB's are amazing, in the last 5 years

Trevor Lawrence
Joe Burrows
Josh Allen
DeShawn Watson
Patrick Mahomes
Lamar Jackson

Also Pro-Bowl QB's during that period
Mitch Trubisky
Kyler Murray
Justin Herbert
Jalen Hurts
Mac Jones

Of course, Mitch aside, this group of QB's look amazing and that doesn't include Tua, Lance, Fields

Not a Bills fan, but sad for them - I’d like to see Josh Allen win the big one. Ohio be damned.
Anyone else see the Bills as the equivalent of Spurs under Poch? Probably as good as any team with a superstar player destined never to win the big one?
genuine question from a Dolphins fan, as the Dolphins hardly created a yard of offence last week, would the fins have won with a fit and firing Tua?

Yeah Allen and the post season doesn't seem to mix. He tried last night but even by his standard he wasn't great but his team were awful. The defence might as well have just sat on the sideline and let the Bengals score to give them more time with the ball. Bengals are dangerous on both sides of the ball.

Will be a great match against the Chiefs.

The conference championship games are both set the be the most consistent team in each conference vs the most in-form team in each conference, which is exactly what any neutral fan should want them to be. The Bengals look especially strong and balanced right now. I think the AFC Championship game will be a high scoring shootout (assuming Mahomes’ ankle doesn’t hinder him much).

Pardon the pun, but, Burrow seems to have the Indian sign over the chiefs!

Even when supporting the niners the spurs fan in me comes out and just makes me such a negative sport fan to be around.

Although we're the form team, I just think Eagles will have enough to get past us. I can envisage a close defeat like last season.

I support both as well but more confident about the niners. Great defence.

Is there not a rule where you can get in an emergency QB if there are loads of injuries? Like being able to sign a goalkeeper in the PL?

Sure you can sign during the week, but the list of QBs who are not currently signed with a team and in a position to potentially play in the next couple of days is small or even zero.

Well, Bengals kinda killed themselves at the end, didn't really need an unnecessary roughness at that juncture!

Chiefs all the way. They just need to get their players healthy again. That was a stressful game. My son is a rabid Chiefs fan (since Mahomes left Texas Tech so can’t call him a glory hunter). He’s pretty brave to support them here in Broncos country.
