The Europa League Draw - Friday 28th

I hope not to hear the usual curmudgeon bullshit about how Europa is a cancer.
Looking forward to this competition. Whomever we play, they'll get experience considering our squad is now predominantly youth and young players. Could be exciting. Poch can hardly play the same XI like he is wont to do every PL matchday.
You'd think that knowing that Top 4 is an IMPOSSIBILITY (for effect) that we should try to win some cups.
And really, though I say this every fucking year, what is the point of existing in the CL? If you want the competition and the arenas and away days look at the Europa. Only plastics can call it out. Practically all the teams in Pots 1 and 2 have competed in the CL recently. This is a great competition.
Might even have to save this post for the asshats who continue to say "sacrificing the League/points" and yet who can stoically defend Levy and the "transfer policy" and forgo 4 games at the start of the season and then attempt to call people out as non-supporters for not being a slave. Yeah, I want us to win Cups and you want us to?
Fuck the Europa haters. "Shitty competition" and yet the PL can never compete with European sides. So much for "best league".

Would love Fiorentina or Lazio already in the group stages. Give us some kind of barometer of where we're at. Also, Poch under the microscope because really he's been poor, predictable and rigid.

Dont get me wrong, seeing Liverpool get wrecked is one of my favourite things, but im honestly hoping we both go far into EL because england are looking dangerously close to losing their 4th place spot.

Yes mate, all I'm hoping for is some decent cities that I haven't been to within a fairly easy distance to travel to!

There aren't actually that many teams where we'd have to travel long distance/long hours. I'd say it's only pot four where about half the teams are within reasonable distance. In pot two only PAOK, Besiktas and APOEL, and in pot three Fenerbahce, the two Polish teams and the two Russians.
