Reports of England's resurgence have been greatly exaggerated.

I'd like to criticise england. But lets be realistic the pre-match squad practice was non-existant thanks to the tight schedule next to the champions league.
One thing i definitely am fed up with is playing out from the back. Its never reassuring. Get rid of it.

Two thoughts... Kyle Walker is still the absolute head the brick that he always was, run Kyle run. Leading onto my second thought that Pep Guardiola is an absolute genius to build a league winning side with him and that clown Stones in the side.

England have been shit from the start. Aside from the penalty they’ve not looked like scoring and could have conceded far more than they have. Terrible selection, terrible tactics, and a terrible performance.

Don’t think the players give a shite really. Can go on holiday a few days earlier.
Edit. Just realised there’s another game.....

Only been watching since extra time, but I’ve found Tyler’s commentary to be atrocious. Just talking non stop bollocks.

Played like a team on their summer holidays... end of season or not, it’s a disgraceful mentality.

This is another game much like we have seen over the last week or so, players on both teams cant seem to get going again after a few weeks off at the end of a long season.

England are really lucky to be ahead, for the first 35 mins in particular our attack and midfield (both in attack and defensive work) simply didn't even exist, but the biggest of the frequent errors was in our favour. Something to hold onto but we've got to sharpen up in the second half.

And the second half just more of the same, apart from the worst error(s) this time came from England.

I don't think the criticism should go overboard, the mentality and sharpness was totally missing at the end of a season when they've already had a bit of a break - from minute one. and the issue of the midfield continues to need addressing, but its not a crisis or reason to abandon trying to play football.

Stones loses De Ligt for the corner
Stones fucks up for the second
Barkley fucks up for the third

Have they been training at all?
