I'm not sure where this should go, but the club has updated photos of the players on the official site. http://www.tottenhamhotspur.com/first-team-profiles/

You can tell which players have been photoshopped in. Lamela and Yedlin who were both on international duty until the US tour, but Lennon, Ade, and Soldado were available and obviously not invited to photo day and have been photoshopped in.

Looks like they've all been photoshopped onto Kyle's torso! lol

I've always seen this thread as being a good laugh and have never taken umbrage at shit jokes, ratings or what I may consider to be stupid comments.
Some folk get far too tetchy, righteous and downright tedious about the Internet.
Who really cares that much? If you do, more fool you.

This thread has always been about itk and banter about itk and it's got better over the years. Surely those who moan now can't have been around in the days when these threads used to reach three figures. Wade through that shit, then complain!

Here's hoping for some positive ITK on attacking players now the first Audi Cup game is out of the way.

Sorry to state the obvious but how would positive ITK help at all ? ITK is ALWAYS positive but ITK isn't reality and in reality we don't come anywhere close to the predictions of the ITKs in any TW.

ITK is just some light relief to give us hope and to lift the gloom of our reality.

Wouldn't be surprised by a signing as such. But I think we can certainly assume there's not going to be anyone coming in who's likely to play at OT.

If we do sign someone I would certainly plonk them on the bench as we only had 1 attack minded sub today and we're desperate for options. Werner at the least, hopefully Berahino too... could or should I say he'll be a vital sub when we're chasing a goal in the 2nd half.

This seems to be whats happening. Still think its a lame cop out from Levy though, gives him the perfect excuse not to spend any money if Ade decides not to join Villa. We all know there's money there to make signings so I dont know why we dont just make our signings and give Poch as much preparation time as possible with the squad before the big kick off. The people running the Club are the ones who cocked up giving Ade such a long lucrative contract, so they should take the hit not the fans (or Poch).

I thought the itk on Townsend was interesting. Must mean we have identified a feasible right wing forward but cannot sign them unless we raise funds from Townsends sale. Good news either way. He stays = we get to see if he can do what Rose did last season, he goes and we have a replacement in mind.

he "who can't be named" = Bullshit that is to do with worrying about others getting him before us, his agents will let everyone know he's available. It can only mean it is a player from a club we have a good relationship with and we have promised not to leak until they are ready. My guess is Everton but who knows.

Oh and Ade. Just because we all have an opinion on him. Liked him. He did well under Harry, avb kicked him out. Did well again under Sherwood, poch didn't rate and he was out again. He seems to be a player that needs to be the number one. I can understand poch not needing that in this squad but also know he did good things for us when he got to play each week. He was pure entertainment at his best. **** me, I was saluting him too when he scored. Good luck to him. Don't get the vitriol, we signed him on those wages and we kicked him out, not down to him to do us a favour. I really do hope the rumours he needs to go before we sign others aren't true though, I can see that going to the last day of the window.
