I like this "player who cannot be named" business. Makes me think the need for secrecy is because it's a quality player who other teams would really want to nick off us.

Also means we don't have to have the usual streams of posts slating the player before they have even signed.

I can;t see any deals (mainly ins) being announced to due to the third kit release and playing RM. I think that's enough for one day. The day after RM is another game also- so happy Thursday or fun time Friday

I have the email advertising the third kit and can confirm it is Christian Eriksen who is the player model so I can dispel this idea.

I just meant that it would be great advertising for the club to have a picture of a new player on the back pages of the papers wearing the new kit in the next few days. I doubt we'd do anything over and above that.

You can tell which players have been photoshopped in. Lamela and Yedlin who were both on international duty until the US tour, but Lennon, Ade, and Soldado were available and obviously not invited to photo day and have been photoshopped in.
