It's been on Argyle's website for a few hours now too. I didn't mean to sound rude, but I think it's been there for as long as your post has been in the read only section atleast. I'm from Devon and like to keep an eye out, so I checked the Argyle website anyway earlier, and noticed it before.

Shame these outgoings aren't going to free up space out of the 25. Good moves for the young lads though. Not sure if the Taarabt move will free up one space in the 25 man squad. We need a proper sale like Hutton, O'Hara or Keane so we can bring someone in.

Not sure we have a full 25 man quota do we? We have quite a few players like Bale, Gio, Walker etc. who don't even need to be named.

Ah I get it, it's because he's going out on a limb. It would be quality if he's correct - a new challenger for top ITK:think:

Gio would have to be names as it has to be homegrown (3 yrs here before 21) u21 to be exempt, and he's been here just 2 years.

Gomes Cudicini Corluka Hutton Dawson Woodgate King Bassong Ekotto Kaboul Lennon Bentley Huddlestone Jenas O'Hara Palacios Sandro Modric Kranjcar Defoe Keane Giovani Crouch Pavlyuchenko

On the assumption that loaning out button meas Pletikosa is about to sign, we can add him to that and there you have it, a 25 an squad of players who don't count as homgrown u21's. Luckily, it easily fills the quote of having 8 domestics within with Crouch, Keane, Defoe, O'Hara, Jenas, Huddlestone, Lennon, Bentley, King, Woodgate, Dawson and I believe Cudicini as he has citizenship now, so we can afford to replace 3 with non UK's and still meet requirements (i.e Woodgate, Jenas, Keane).

Bale, Walker, Naughton, Caulker can all supplement this squad as they all start the season as 21 or under and are homegrown.

Yeah looking at it again we have 24 (although I still see Alnwick on our site but not sure if he has left :shrug If Alnwick goes then Pletikosa straight in to keep it at 24. I didn't realise Taarabt and Giovani still qualify for U-21s aswell. We have quiete a few players who weren't 21 at the start of the year.

So we have room for 1 more as it is. I'm sure we'll want to shift a couple more out aswell though.

Although from Redknapp's discussions in the media and various ITKs, Woodgate is almost certainly not going to included too, at least until January. So I'd say we have room for one central defender and one other player without selling, and I'd say based on our failed attemps so far that's almost certainly the joe-cole/arda-turan/Ozil type creative midfielder, with any striker replacing Keane.

Alnwick should be let go if we get that croation lad. He isn't good enough at this level.
