I did mate because I fully believed the company line that the stadium and infrastructure would be in Levy's own words "game changing" as far as what we would be able to do financially. I could see exactly what they were saying had a lot of merit to it. Well nothings changed at all, absolutely nothing. We are still run by a billionaire(or close to) who goes into a supermarket and comes out with bags of shopping covered in yellow stickers.

We went out for an Indian last night and the waiter told us that during covid when they could only do take-aways, Levy went there and asked for a discount on a bottle of water! I know where he lives (roughly) so could be true. He didn't sound like he was winding us up anyway!

Exactly. Someone on here called him a dud a few days back. ? Great at Sevilla, started well at Barca, and then, yes, poor form the last year or so. But he's barely played for us, and when he did, he played a few nice balls in the channels and defended well. Apparently he already needs...

N’dicka would be right at the top of my list of realistic CB targets. Got everything!

I know nothing about him except that he's quite fast on FIFA, what else is he good at?

I didn't watch either game we played v Franfurt due to work commitments.

From what I’ve seen to add to the fact he’s quick, he’s also a very composed defender, reads the game well and he doesn’t dive in, he waits for a bad touch and his ability to do this and then capitalise on it with a swift shift of his body between the ball and his opponent is great, very tall, good on the ball too. He really ticks all the boxes of a modern CB for me, I would be super happy if we managed to get him, it would change our season completely to get Porro and him in to reinforce our back line

After everything else going on, buying a RWB, AM and CD would be an excellent window. Assuming they are all Conte/Paritici picks obv.

Totally agree but I can’t help but feel like we’re just being strung along like every other window. Can’t see us signing three players in the next two weeks unless something extremely drastic has happened behind the scenes.

I won't get my hopes up given the speed we move at in the transfer market.

Ndicka makes a lot of sense. I guess it'd be a late one because the player wants to keep his options open with 6 months left.
