Dont think its a Poch contract yet tbh, Dan Kilpatrick has obviously been fed from the club saying we'll reject all advances from Chelsea, and that we hope to extend Poch's contract further.

Dont think they'd say that if he'd already signed it.
Hopefully its Kane/Eriksen, both preferably.

It was fairly obvious they were both going to leave this summer, so maybe if they are leaving this early in the window then that is good as it means we can get replacements in quicker. That's all i can think of.

Not that I have any idea what, if anything, today’s swarm of itk indicates, but 2 points to consider:

1. we have never amassed more points or scored more goals/ had a better goal difference than in the 1.5 seasons Davies has spent at left back. This with everything to his right bar Vertonghen having changed, and him having created more goals than any other fullback in our modern history.
2. The last three highly rated lower league teenagers we signed and threw in at the deep end both instantly, and dramatically, improved the first team. I give you messrs Lennon, Ali and Bale.

If VY and Trix are spot on, which they probably are, about Rose, and Herc is right about Sessegnon, I have full faith that it will be great and I base this on a mix of history, optimism and insanity.

What was Trix' info? Nothing in the RO?

I don't think the two bits are directly connected.

But, the importance of moving players sooner is that it shows incoming players that there are open opportunities here.

Agreed. I suspect Poch has met Toby and Rose today and agreed that new clubs will be found for them both. The other ITK I suspect refers to a new contract to be confirmed some time this afternoon. Onions.

I don't think I'll see a better back 4 at Spurs. Players always leave but to lose 3 of the 4 in the space of a year is just a massive shame.

I see outgoings as good news as well.
I know many on here perceive signings and contracts as more important, but the overall harmony of this club is so important right now. If Danny and Toby had been on Poch's OUT list, then them leaving quickly and without fuss means we can crack on with our hopefully incoming targets, without that uncertainty dragging on.

It means too that Poch and Levy are in sync and moving as quickly as they can (WC summers are always an arse). So yeah, it's good News (IF this is what the ITK is about), just of a different sort.

No way it's to do with Igi though, a major transfer would have broken in the press by now if imminent.

Its obviously a contract extension. Herc said before we would break our wage budget and see a swath of new contracts this summer. I suspect we will see a constant stream this summer.

This should be written into the contract as a mandatory act that Jan must take part in in order to receive his higher wage

I don't hold a grudge against Toby. He wants a big payday, and he wants a chance to play at a bigger club. I don't think he ever slacked off in a Spurs shirt, so I am not too fussed about him wanting a new challenge.

I believe previous ITK (I hope I am not qouting rumour), was Barcelona, if so, then he goes with my Blessing. Will be sorely missed, but I can stomach that Transfer relatively easily.
