If the Lescott thing is true, you'd think Harry would have got the message by now. Man City will not sell us any players, no matter how far down city's pecking order they may be. Not Richards, not Bellamy and not Lescott.

fabiano is the one harry is referring to as the player who could really make a difference thats who he really wants and he believes is getable thus his fustration with dl

as i said wknd dl is far happier to fund these deals once we make cl proper he is running a business and is not interested in what we may get he wants it done and dusted we are struggling to shift players off the wage bill at present



bellamy situation changes every 5 mins in terms of what city may do , we are the players top choice its just how far the lads prepared to go to join us,cancelling his contract and us paying him back has been mooted,harry would like him a lot for sure

gallas also a priority

By the way, some of you need to get over the Gallas thing. I can't think of a better option out there for us right now to fill in for or partner King.

So he lost the plot on one occasion because Arsenal threw a game away. Big deal. I'd fucking love to see a couple of our players look vaguely as pissed off about losing. We are a team full of nice ****'s and it pisses me off.

The bloke has been there and done it all and is still quicker of brain and foot than Dawson. Get over yourselves, you don't have to have round your house for fucking tea.

That's so funny that it pisses you off that we have a nice group of lads. Even though we finished 4th with them. So you're saying you want us to sign a ****? Sorry but that's ridiculous. Neither Naybet or Davids were ****s. Both offered us great experience and knew how to get stuck in, especially Davids.

I for one am proud we don't have that type of character in our dressing room. You don't need to be a **** to offer guts and balls.

Not sure we'll get 3 attacking players tbh. I'd guess at one of Remy or Bellamy and if we can't get Fabiano then Huntelaar. The 3rd will likely be a centre back.

Gallas, Remy and Huntelaar sound like the most likely.

I think that may be Plan B - i.e. if we don't get CL.

Plan A (with CL) will hopefully involve the likes of Ozil, Arda and Fabiano/Gomez/Llorente.

Not in our back 9 (except a replacement for Woodgate).

The City game proved again how badly our mediocre forwards are holding us back at the moment. I'd happily get rid of and upgrade on all 4 of them.

No it didn't. It showed that against a team that defends for its life, we lack 1 matchwinning striker who can make the difference between 3 points and 1 point. Not that we need all new strikers.

All 4 strikers are quality international strikers. Neither is world class though. Add one top class striker to our frontline and we'll be sorted.
