That's really not how negotiating works.

If Everton really want him and other clubs are offering £6m then they are forced to make a decision. If no one is offering then they can simply stick to their guns.
Sorry mate but you're wrong. If Lennon insists that he will only go to Everton and Everton won't bid more than 4 mill then spurs have to take it or leave it, you can't force Everton to pay more than they want to. It's irrelevant who else bids or how much it's Lennon that decides where he goes, not the clubs.

This post is just so weird, I'm still laughing and I can't really figure out why.....amazing
Reading it again it does sound weird. But we were sitting at the front of the upper stand level with the Arsenal back line and when Lennon and Bale broke the line to score people were going mental running in front of us.
Pleased to,report the lad wasn't traumatise anyway.

What's our net spend currently? In the last few windows our net spend has been either positive that we recouped more than we spent or equal. I would have thought in that regard nothing will have changed and it would remain the same for this window. I think we can judge our incoming on that basis.

If another club bids say £7 million then DL would ask them to drop the bid to £5.5m and increase the offer to lLennon by £10k pw (£0.5m) or similar - so the other club's bid is not changed in total, just timing is different. Most footballers will follow the money so he'd go to the other club

We currently have 14million outstanding from all buys/sales this window.

Good info from Dragon. Been hearing 3-4 in for weeks now, I believe the ITKs on that front so should be a crazy couple of weeks ahead. N'Jie this week would be a good start, as well as a bid for Berahino.

Assume by German kid they mean Kramer, awesome if so. Although I guess Bender could be considered a kid by some at 26.

Is cabbage Hernandez still cryptic because not all ITKs know we are holding that card in Levy's back pocket? Plan D(empsey) style.

Never happens. It will be 2 in most probably, 3 if we are very lucky.
