Right, I guess it's fair to say we had some luck today?

I missed the first ten minutes but by all accounts Lloris could and should have gone.

Any other luck for the big hitters this weekend?

Having now seen the two incidents, I don't think we were lucky at all. The goal was correctly disallowed as the Cardiff fella had a hold of Hugo's arm and prevented him from being able to either claim the ball or be in position to make a save.

The handball may have been ever so slightly outside the area by a couple of inches, in one of the replays it looks on the line. Even so, there was no way anyone could have known without a replay so Clattenburg made the right decision because he couldn't be sure either way. Had it been five yards outside the area, then yes, it would have been lucky.

I don't think so. He played the ball clean and his hand was on the line so it wasn't handball.

Yep, I've watched them again and although both decisions could have gone either way I think Clatters called them both right.

Lloris makes contact on the line or an inch outside - too close to call for the ref.

Although Lloris was an accident waiting to happen, he does have his arm momentarily trapped by the defender - he was still all over the place.

If Clatters has seen that and given it for that then its a right decision albeit a fortunate one.

The fact remains we fully deserved the win.
