It shouldn't be underestimated how important this stuff is. Especially when our team is based around pressing (every one has to be 100% bought in).

It's easy to have good team spirit and togetherness when you are not losing games. I think a better measurement is how the squad reacts when we hit a bad patch of form. It's normally in those times that you start reading stories of players not being happy about the training regime or the lack of playing time....

Agreed, a chain is only as strong as its weakest link and the system of high pressing is only effective if everyone sticks to the plan. It only needs one to stop and it creates a gap for the opposition to channel their play through.
