I mentioned it a couple if weeks back re Bentancur and how very few knew until the photo an hour before the game. There is zero benefit to telling the media if Maddison etc may be back because UTD will then prep for the possibility. Unless they do a Bielsa at Leeds then it's great that they haven't got a clue if Romero, Kulusevski, Maddison or Solomon may rock up tomorrow.
Also would be a big boost for the fans when there is a surprise like this.

Ange plays an absolute blinder with the media.

Never fails to amaze how brazen and lonely the life of a paparazzi must be, standing out in the freezing night, shouting names at people who actively dislike you and want to avoid you at all costs. Who looks at that job and thinks...welp...that's the dream? Definitely an odd one.

Any sign of kulusevski in that?

Not that I can fully see, but they cut bits out. It half looks like Kulusevski in the background behind Ange, but they cut away after Ange is in the shot so you can't fully see.

First game in months for VDV and Romero is just about fit. Wouldn't be surprised if none of them plays the full 90 but Dragusin stays on the whole game, possibly changing sides. Tough ask for a debutant at Old trafford, if so.

Jedinak is the one behind Ange

Wasn't the one being Ange, it's the one behind (Jedinak) him, so 2nd behind him. But it's too far back and blurry.

But as wspur said above, looks like him also after Romero with his hood up.

Did wonder if Maddison was under a hood in a classic get the surprise wrestler in the building style. 🤣 At least Dragusin has a distinctive hairstyle and height. Can pick him up from a mile away.

VDV and Romero again would be a dream.

It will be interesting to see how well we cope with United's counter attacking style. Their fans are optimistic they'll be able to get a lot of joy out of our high line but to be honest, other than the first game of the season against Brentford where I thought our right side with Royal was overly-exposed, one of the biggest surprises for me is how solid we'd looked defensively whilst still being very expansive. When VDV and Romero were present I mean.

Well apparently Kulu trained today, so good chance he's there.

Im expecting

Vicario

Porro
Romero
VDV
Udogie

Bentancur
Skipp
Kulusevski

Johnson
Richarlison
Werner

* would prefer PEH to Skipp

Romero & Kulusevski both 100% there and in the squad. Maddison has been unwell this week but was still in contention today and the decision was with Ange. I don't know if he's decided to risk him, but from the video it looks like he hasn't.

My best guess is....

Vicario

Porro Romero VdV Udogie

Bentancur Hojbjerg
Kulusevski

Johnson Richarlison Werner
