I think what will happen with Tomiyasu is we will need to get him to agree to waive his break and then get the Japanese F.A to agree not to call him up for the next international break so he can have some holiday.

Tottenham remain in talks with Bologna over the signing of defender Takehiro Tomiyasu.

Spurs are hopeful they can conclude a deal for the 22-year-old Japan international.

He's had his break. 23rd May was the last match he played for Bologna and then he didn't play in the Olympics until 28th July. The Olympics is effectively his pre season
