I don't think so, his next move is likely to be his last big move until he passes his peak. He will sign a 5 year deal probably and if he joins Fulham it might be tough to move away. They're sort of the level he was playing when at Southampton so I doubt he wants to go back. He can be playing for a Champions League team. Either with us next season or another. Fulham will do well to make the Conference.

Tbh Atleti is probably more tempting than us still atm, so not as simple as us passing on him. Even when the Atleti rumours were new there was a report which said Vermeeren didn't see the PL as being his destination.
