Clearly Ramos isn't yet a good enough manager to realise which players he should start but at least he admits his mistakes and gets them on the pitch before the game ends.

Ho ho. And said with complete dead-pan :-|. I like it!:)

On the subject of Ramos' subs yesterday, I wonder if he'd have done the same had it been in a League game which mattered? At this stage of the season he'd learn as much by bust as win and why the hell not?

Also I think Redknapp has probably won most of his away games this season in precisely the same way - it's the rope-a-dope style, defend them into submission and then when the opposing coach cracks and does something rash you nick the break away goal off them.

I said yesterday, before we scored, I hope Ramos doesn't get it in the neck if we lose this, his change was positive and if we lose I reckon he knew the risk and thought what the hell.

On the Jol question, I was a big fan for most of his reign, but in the end came to the conclusion that he didn't have the x-factor. He wasn't obsessed with the little things in the way a Tiger Woods is or an Arsene Wenger. He was your archetypal everyman which meant he was loved by the fans but imo he didn't have the enough to take us forward and after the disastrous start to this season I was glad when we got Ramos in.
