Hello Everyone.

We have had a Fantastic season this season and have "punched above our weight" yet again.

Next season as you all know we will be playing at Wembley and have not had the best record there in recent times so we could possibly have a bit of a worse season than this season.

I just hope that we can all see the bigger picture here and if things don't quite go our way and we still keep the feel good factor around the club.

So what will be your expectations for next season?

Not sure what I expect to be honest. I'd be very happy with another top 4 finish considering the Wembley factor. I see next season as damage limitation and prep for the new stadium.

I have kind of written next season off as a challenge for the title and would take scraping CL qualification. I hope the players don't have my frame of mind though

I expect many to completely lose the plot the first moment we drop a point/concede a goal/lose the ball. I expect opposition fans to tell us we won't challenge again and keep mentioning Wembley. I expect our own fans to go on about this too. I expect I'll be telling a lot of people to shut the fuck up, I don't read the papers so I don't want to discuss today's fairytale so if you don't mind I'm busy supporting my club no matter what other people's expectations are of them.

You know, the usual.

It'll be interesting because Wembley has a shit pitch thanks to the boffins behind the revamp, and very few teams tend to play well there. I'm probably clutching at straws but there's an outside chance that we adapt to it through familiarity and it actually becomes an advantage.

I think a big factor is how much the fans can turn it into a fortress.

It will be a strange season for sure.
I think the club are wise in trying to transplant sections of season ticket holders into Wembley in an attempt to take the atmosphere with them (some of us have been sitting together for 20 yeas or more) but I am sure it will be a big motivator to visiting teams so not expecting the greatest of home records.
I would be delighted with a cup and a top 4 finish.

I think it might be perfect for us, nobody expects us to do well, but my favourite thing about Pochettino is that he won't let the players have excuses, he expects to win.

I hope we can still get top 4 and retain all our players but we'll see. We need to find a way to win games at Wembley.

Part of me thinks finishing outside of the European places next season could be a blessing as we will have the Wembley excuse and then can use our first season in the new stadium to make a full tilt assault on the league.

Yeah i can see our form taking a slight hit next year, and although id love our first season @ NWHL to have CL football it wouldn't be the end of the world if we didn't.
If we don't get CL next year id rather we didn't get Europa either tbh....then we can have a proper go at the title with 1 game per week.

If we finished 7th or 8th then you can forget about any title challenges because it is unlikely that the likes of Ali would still be here. It is also likely Poch wouldn't be in a job at that point, others have been sacked for less.

No way would he be sacked. I think next season is a bit of an exception due to Wembley.

We need to keep the high performance levels up, we're not established enough as a top team to risk a season finishing outside the European places altogether. Not with every hack and his gran trying to sell all our players.

Having said that I don't think it's a likely prospect. This season we've struggled at Wembley but that won't be a thing forever. We'll be much better there next season. Top 3 again.

I don't think any exception will be made, Billic has been under tremendous pressure despite the new stadium and in a world when Raneri can get sacked less than a year after winning the league with Leicester there won't be any exception or patience shown. Brendan Rodgers finished 6th after the season they finished runners up and that pretty much ended his time at the club.

We have to break barriers ie extending winning runs, breaking league point records, finishing above Arsenal Manc ManU, finishing second in the league, going unbeaten at home etc.

They say success breaths success as a club we are now challenging at the top table...Hopefully soon we'll start winning things
