When you say it just appear on my TV do you mean that literally. Like it will override whatever is on the screen or I’ll have to navigate to find it somewhere ?

Thanks by the way ? still not sure why it can’t somehow be incorporated into the club YouTube channel.

Yes it should automatically appear on your TV, there shouldn't be a need to navigate around your TV to find it.

so is it confirmed that projecting to TV is allowed?

Yep, this is unusual for streaming apps as Sky / BT have it tied down, whereas this new Spurs app allows it and has it as one of their selling points...

"Videos are available in high definition with excellent picture and sound quality. Those watching on the Spurs Official app can use Apple Airplay or Chromecast to watch live matches and all other video material on their preferred screen."

We would be able to get it for free if they did that. No chance says Daniel.
If you have an app up on your tablet there will be a little box with some markings in the corner. Press it and it will appear on your tv. It does on the YouTube app anyway.
I’m no expert but I can do that.

Yeah, if you want to test the cast function out on your phone / TV, go load up a random YouTube video on your smartphone.

Tap on the video itself, and along with the play / pause options, there should be an icon toward the top-right of the frame, sort of like a rectangle with three curved lines in the corner of it.

Press that, and you should be able to "cast" the video to your TV. You'll need both devices connected to the same Wifi network in order for it to work.

Would have thought sending the promo code out to ST's & Members a day before the launch would have been the intelligent thing to do.

I've not been a member for years now but I'm very tempted to give this a go. £4 or so a month could be pretty good value if they populate it with quality content.

No promo code yet for me. I would have thought they could have had it linked to your CRN

Watch our pre-season friendlies against Team K League, Sevilla, Rangers, and Roma LIVE.

Have opened "spursplay" on two different devices and managed to stream two different videos at same time so might be possible to share with friend or family if you don't mind giving log in details

Two is the max you can play at the same time so yeah should be okay to share it.

Shame that the Matchday Collection and Full-Match Replays sections have the score plastered over the thumbnails. Guess I got the wrong end of the stick, but that's me out. I was looking forward to watching 'as-live' the next day or whenever. Dammit. Wonder if that's contractual?
