We need a a proper 1v1 specialist. Teams now just sit back and leave us the wide areas, where we do absolutely nothing with it.

It’s no good Bissouma getting back if he’s not going to pick up the midfield runner, Gomez. It’s little things like this that cost you games.
Yep.

He is essentially doing nothing there. Neto already has players around him. Needs to then focus on the next danger

mustered 2 shots on target with 70% possession, what the hell have we been doing with it?
And yet Wolves are countering us non-stop and looking likely to score whenever they get the ball off of us. We look dysfunction and lacking any clear plan whereas Wolves appear well coached and in control.

but let's be honest that second goal hasn't cost us. It's the slow ponderous starts we are making

Why can’t we be well organised and well drilled then? Have we not got the players for it? Or is the problem elsewhere?
We could but we play a much more open style of play than Wolves do which is what our fans want. It could be argued that Wolves style, at least in this game, is more akin to Conte’s which was not how our fans want us to play.

At derby today for…reasons.

but, as a genuine question, would love to Know what’s gone a touch wrong.
On paper the players are back. The manager has his Style. Yet the scoreboard isn’t a lie.

do players need replacing or is circumstance.
Not a moan. A question

He's taken Richarlison off? Well that's a step in the right direction. He's been atrocious today, his passing has been poor, his control almost non existent and far too many of his touches either slow us down or kill a move if not just give up possession completely. He relies far too much on things breaking his way and his footballing noggin can't keep up. I like him because of his effort and when he's on it he can be devastating but performances like today's do him no favours at all.

The way we set up just invites teams to attack which results in us conceding goals, constantly.

Surely, there are better ways to set this team up.

This is frustrating. :banghead: We are clearly still a work in progress. It is just a shame we have lost the initial spark from the start of the season

Do you seriously think he doesn't know that.

gah

Nope, according to SC wisdom the Scottish and English Premier Leagues are hermetically sealed. The one has absolutely no idea what the other is doing. Hence all the “Ange has been worked out” etc because he was such an unknown quantity plying his trade in the mysterious land of Scotland.
