Taking this as a positive learning curve. Jose gets to see first hand the issues we've got. Will make us better. We'll win this tho anyway.

I do have more faith in Jose being astute enough to see problems and then do something about them than I did poch, despite liking him about a hundredth as much. It was hard to see anything ever being changed no matter what happened previously.
