They'd better have the brattie wagon outside again... I'm going to be getting there a bit too close to KO for my liking.

Don't worry mate i'm sure those 4 bag/ticket checkers will get through the 60,000 in no time

Can't shake the feeling that we'll see Eriksen from start. If so let's just support that for the time being, rather than moan before the game is going.

Must say, looking forward to this. The team has been playing with such a lack of soul lately, it’s certainly translated to the fans.

The game against Red Star was not lacking anything from the team and even the first half-hour against Bayern was as good as we have played in the last few years. European nights are so different to league games. Sorry to miss this tonight will have to watch it tucked up in the warm. Still my fault for playing golf in the wet with a cold. Roll on the knockout stages as we have proved in the last two years that we an beat anyone so why not win it all?

It makes little sense to me. I could understand if we were short in an area and even if he wanted to leave we needed him to stand up and be counted until he goes but we have Lo Celso who I think has qualities which more than make up for the departure of Eriksen.

Depends at this point how match-fit Lo Celso is, having played very little. It's a very important match for Mourinho I believe, it feels that way (Qualify for knock-out stages, first home match, only 2nd match in charge), and I doubt he would risk it. Do you pick the more experienced player who will leave soon just to get the result you need, or do you pick the player who still is a work in progress?

Well it always comes down to who's going to give you a better performance for me, I'd say Lo Celso. I'd also say he had 2 starts before international break and 70 mins with Argentina so I would hope that he's now fit enough to be given a start. Personally I'd take the risk because of the quality in the rest of our squad but can understand the argument you're putting forward and also appreciate Jose is known for his pragmatism. I agree with what you said before and I did the same during the Poch tenure, judge on the result/performance not on the line-up prior to the game.

If - after their 'chat' - Eriksen showed no sign of committing to Spurs, then I can see JM leaving him on the bench. When Eriksen's on the pitch, it's like having a man sent off 1 minute from kick-off!

Their fans are currently congregated outside my office on Piccadilly Circus at the moment, making quite a noise.

What the injury sitch at LB then? Rose next man up or might we see Sess or even Verts there or are they still on the way back from injury?
