I'm getting too many visions of rashford and co storming down the pitch on the break.

Massive test for us so early into this new system as leaving them so much space to run into is there dream but I got faith in Ange and the boys.need Richy to really make nusence of himself and Sonny and or Kulu somewhere approaching top form.

I'd keep Skipp in as I think his workrste and tackling will be needed. He doesn't mind a technical foul and there might be the need for a few of them tomorrow.

I think it's another 2-2 draw.

Not gonna lie - I would take a competitive 2-2 draw where we are trying to impose ourselves all match.

That seems to be Ange's big focus right now - getting the players to believe in his philosophy, and start to play that way without having to think about it.

They are full of big names but they flatter to deceive. Seem incapable of controlling games and just rely on quick breaks and set pieces to score goals. I'm very glad I'm not a Utd fan because they are dog shit to watch.

I'm visiting London from the US and am looking at going to the game tomorrow. How much are single tickets going for on the exchange? I'm not a member so I can't see - trying to get a sense of the cost so I can see if the ticket price + membership is worth it.

Don't see Utd being as bad again this Saturday as they were last. However - I think we play in a way that cause them all sorts of trouble. I think Bissouma will trump Casemiro.
Problem is I think they have tools to really hurt us.
I predict goals.

I think they'll bring Eriksen back in...probably for Mount.

Just a hunch.

We'll have way more space.

Fancy Richarlison to finally make a big impact.

3-2 win.

Set-pieces are a good shout.

I must admit that I was very confused when we suddenly started conceding a few goals from set pieces on pre-season.

That hasn't happened to us with any regularity for a while.

Then I found out Gianni Vio is gone. Which seems like an insane decision to me.

Unless Vio left under his own devices.

Still. It could prove to be a huge loss.

We were utter dross at set pieces for years until Vio came in.

It's really weird. As I find myself thinking about a game like this... and I honestly have no clue about what to expect. I guess that's a big part of bedding in a system like Ange's.

I wonder if implementing a Conte or Jose system is easier? Perhaps, because it's attacking patterns are less intricate? As our team seemed to adjust fairly quickly to the way they liked to play. Which is not to say we did it well. More a case of we had a lot of square pegs for round holes.

S'pose the closest apples-to-apples comparison would be when Poch started. The first five months or so was very unpredictable. I suspect we'll see the same thing with Ange. Or maybe even longer, if we fail to offload deadwood and someone enact 'Plan Replace Kane' before the end of the month!

But I look at the first 60 mins of our friendly against a strong Barca team, and we ripped them to shreds after a wobbly opening 5 minutes. Will that be the team that shows up tomorrow? Or something else?

Hell if I know what the score will be. But I do suspect it will be entertaining.

I hope he starts to play Lo Celso more, as he was so good in pre-season. I'd like to think there's a way to include him in the same team as Maddison.

I doubt he will in big games at home. As much as I’d love to see Gio.
If uniteds attack clicks and we leave Bruno with space to pick passes I can see them tearing us to shreds

And Maddison could tear them to shreds.

Think the best thing for us at the moment is to play sides who believe they're going to turn us over after Kane left. Brentford knew to be compact and hit on the break but I can see Utd thinking they're going to spend most of the game in our half, and that ain't going to happen.

Hopefully a great atmosphere for Ange and the team, and a message for Levy outside the ground.

United have issues Mason greenwood and the takeover. I actually think United is worse run than spurs currently!

Let’s hope we win!
