He's capable (he got an assist vs Villa recently with his right foot) he needs to make better decisions in those situations, its annoying.

This is a silly comment. He isn’t playing with confidence and isn’t trying to open space for others, but that isn’t a such a big issue, as most teams don’t have DMs who can do that.
