I'm a grown man, but when I grow up, I want to be like Mauricio Pochettino.

The stories about the man from Murphy have been inspirational this week. What a time to be a Spurs player and fan.

And if you voted that we won't be Champions of Europe, go ahead and change that vote. Learn from the main man. There's no shame in failure if you match your dreams, ambitions and preparation to achieve great things.

Come on you Spurs.

Also, a shout out to @thinktank, who was convinced Poch was the right man for the job before he joined us.

His team selection posts are mad, but he was spot on with his advocacy for Poch. Enjoy the final.

I somewhat find myself taking comfort in hearing nearly every pundit or person that gets a chance to have a say, think that it’s a forgone conclusion. Liverpool are the European champions. I can’t explain it but this has really helped calm the nerves.

Regardless if we win or not tomorrow, we have made history and I can’t tell you how proud I am of my team.
We all complained about not signing players for the past two windows but funny enough that makes tomorrow even sweeter!!

COYS!!!

Win or lose, this season exceeded all expectations. By a mile. Looking back at some of the posts throughout the year, it's pretty clear that few of us thought we'd be where we are on the eve of this massive game. Full credit to the team. Such is the power of belief and it is that belief that has all of us touching glory we've never known. It's safe to say that Billy Nick must be proud of what Spurs have become. And my greatest hope is that tomorrow, we play with flourish. With the right mentality, Liverpool is very beatable. Very. Here's to this site crashing tomorrow as this thread becomes the longest thread of all time in SC history in less than 15 minutes. COYS.

Been fighting my sheets for the last hour calming myself down closing my eyes and just as I’m drifting off we are drawing 2-2 and Moura has done it again another injury time winner and I have to start the calming process all over again.

Just tucking in to bed in Madrid.

I’ve never met a more self entitled bunch in all my life. It’s unbelievable, not helped by every local bar in Madrid fuelling it with never walk alone and Beatles blaring.

Well, ones a shit two bob fvcking show tune from the 60’s and the others were dismissed by the clash in London Calling ( phoney beatlemania has bitten the dust! )

These cvnts think it’s in the bag and are already celebrating.

Well, let’s see tomorrow eh!

It is starting to annoy me how many in the media with a Liverpool leaning have a sense of entitlement about winning the Champions League. All element of rational thought has gone out the window with many of them. The blogger on TalkSport tonight, Souness, et al.

The meltdown will be epic from them and Arsenal TV if we win it.

How’d we play in the final? Media reports assure me Liverpool won but did we actually show up or did we forfeit?

Can’t sleep from the anticipation, excitement, adrenaline, pride and blinding desire for us to do it. I’m ecstatic regardless of the result, best few weeks of football happiness I’ve ever known. To wipe the smugness off of everyone else’s faces would just be the icing on an already majestic cake. COYS ?

Mawnin fellow yids,

Haven’t been on since relocating to Asia again but somehow I feel posting something, anything, helps alleviate some of the near panic I’m feeling. 16 hours to go. The ref, and var, are gonna have a big say I reckon.

We need to avoid any stupid yellows in the first half hour, since we’ll have to commit the odd tactical foul on Mane and Salah to kill off some of their more threatening counter attacks.

We know how we win this game. By restricting them to one or two goals tops. Our wide players need to be exceptional, and we need to lay over their press. If Winks is in there, that will make me feel a whole lot better. We can’t get turned over in our own third.

Every confidence if we achieve this that our offensive players can hurt them.

What a fkin day, what a feeling...
