I can’t believe people were saying that was undeserved. We kept on going until the end and scored when we had to. Sure they had some chances but we marshalled them well enough.

Must have been one of those games where it looked a different game in the stadium. The players were effected by the officiating. I’ve never seen so many of our players surrounding the referee, they were furious.

Lloris finally stepped up with the penalty save. I had no faith he’d save it. Maybe we’ve been practising ahead of the Dortmund tie.

Definitely the most exciting game I’ve been to in a long while. Although the three guys who sat behind me and didn’t even celebrate when we scored might of said differently!

So interesting seeing Gray, Maddison and Tielemens today all excellent young players who I think should be at Tottenham.

Chillwell too, I like Perreria but he fucked up big time for our 2nd, he also did vs United.

True, but United have no major injuries either. We could've had Kane, Dier, Alli, Lucas, Davies on the bench today in addition to the ones that started the game.

Yeah that's true actually, can add Lamela to that list as well. And Janssen for the sake of making more of a point :D

Got away with one today, but there are games like UTD we should have won so it equals out. Sanchez, winks and sissoko had good games though. Trippier still on the fast track to being put on the transfer list this summer.

Oliver was a disgrace. A absolutely shocking refereeing performance.
52 mins before the first foul was given to us.

That wasnt just a coincidence. He was certainly swaying one way.

If Salah had have been Son that would have been a pen.

I think you could add Rose to that list as well.... all 4 were great today also with Hugo actually saving a pen.

Think Trippier has to be done soon i can't keep watching him have poor performances and give away golden chances week after week, KWP must be sitting there completely confused with why he can't get a start over him. With the squad as depleted as it's been we really have turned into an effective and annoying team for the others in the top 4.

We really are a few players away from being an elite team, add a class RB and CM to this team, either Youcef Atal / Wan Bissiaka and Rabiot and some other youngsters for the squad like Brooks, Clarke, Eze etc where Poch can really nurture them and boom. All is fantastic and being in the new stadium.

Also have no idea what we have to do to win a penalty these days.

A year ago, would anyone have rather seen Sissoko on the pitch than either Wanyama or Dier?

It's such a 180 that i would be devastated if we sold him in the summer. Such a mature and physical performance in the middle today. If we actually had a good RB he could put even more energy into the middle of the park rather than 50% of his game covering Trippier.

I see, @Nerine - so you'd rather Man City were 2 points ahead and Chelsea 13 points behind and us in 3rd than Man City 1 point behind and Chelsea 10 points behind and us in 2nd. Oooookaaaay....

In the pub full of Leicester fans they were screaming for Vardy to take the penalty, when he missed they were all moaning and saying he shouldn't have.
If I had a pound for every time they said we were s*** I would be rich.
So hard to stop myself laughing at the inbred knuckle draggers when Eriksen scored lol

I do not understand the hosannas ringing around this forum for KWP. I have not been impressed with him at all this season, not even on his three-assist day. He's too small and slow.

Long time member - rarely post though. This wasn’t undeserved - in fact it was the complete opposite. Well worked win - keeping us in the title race. Which, to be fair, we have no right to be in at all. Great work by the squad.

Definitely not underserved, it's rare that wins can be warranted as underserved as there are many ways in which you can win a game, some glamorous on the eye some not, but for me at least certainly lucky at the same time, even the best of teams need and get luck at certain times so that's not always a bad thing but I wouldn't want to see performances like that too often that's for sure.

I just don't see how it's different to many of our points of view after the United game, in which I'm sure many thought we deserved much more and should have won by a few. I certainly wouldn't begrudge Leicester fans for thinking the same this evening.

Same. Until City have gone past Liverpool I'm gonna go with that. Liverpool still statistically favorites for the title, and we still have to make up 5 points no matter if it's to City or Liverpool

Sorry but this logic is faulty. We don't have to make up 5 to City or Pool. We have to make up 5 to City and Pool. So we need both to drop many a possible. Doesn't mean that I will be able to root for Chelski today. But a win for them would be a huge step for us
