Yep. Our mentality against the lower teams has been mostly superb under poch.

Under Redknapp and Jol it was much more flaky and likely we would slip up.

Although it'll be tough today.
@canadacelt how are you disagreeing with a fact? We've lost 5 games against the lesser teams in 3 seasons!

I am a bit nervous with the team in all honesty but Vardy not playing is good for us - think it is madness from Puel and I like the dude.

We need to batter them first half get a four goal lead then just chill second half because theyll just counter attack us if we are chasing the winner etc

ARGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

bench is very defensive, so starting 11 better step up
As I have stated in another post, I cannot believe Poch would have avoided putting Lamela on the bench so I would be very surprised if he's not got an injury albeit that it would be minor, he would have balanced out defensive and attacking bench options rather than only having Moura as that option.

Who says he’s injured again? Wait until the club says something. Could be a number of things.

whatever it is, its stopping him from making the bench & this is an unfortunate reoccurrence, during our time of need to have players fit

We need to take advantage of them lacking their usual firepower up top by getting a convincing lead by halftime, I don't want to see us in a position of having to defend a 1-0 lead for the last minutes.

Tells you all you need to know about our squad! that midfield skipp, winks, sissoko that's yikes! as bad i can remember that

It's almost certainly a diamond so you can add Eriksen to that list. The main question is whether Winks or Skipp will play at the base of the diamond.

Been very impressed with Winks over the last few games. I personally want to see him play alongside a natural holder because I think Winks could be a danger in the final third and I'd like to see him operating further up the pitch more often.

As is usual, our chances hinge on Eriksen. He plays well and we play well. He doesn't play well (and he is out of form at the moment IMO) then we struggle.

Let's get serious now, Out of Winks and Skipp which one is Xavi and which one is Iniesta. I'm going Skipp as Xavi and Winks as Iniesta myself. Edwards back next season for Messi role.
