God knows how we weathered that cataclysm of a half. I hope Ange is absolutely destroying them, John Sitton style, and we come back out with our fucking wits about us.

The second half is going to be horrendous watching.

So Sterling blatantly dives and doesn’t get a yellow. James puts an elbow in the face of Udogie and not a yellow.

Sarr, doesn’t do anything at all, gets a yellow??
At that point you must have thought the refs were just as exhausted and hurried over that decision. Super disappointed with such decision.

Two dives from Stirling and zero yellow cards. Bissouma sent off the other week for a dive. Zero consistency, dog awful officiating again.

VAR should be used for blatant cheating. It's hard for the ref to spot, but so easy with VAR. Get rid of diving.

You're clutching.

We are lucky not to be down to 9.

If we lost this, it's all on ourselves.

Why the players lost their heads being 1 up and playing well is a mystery. Romero is a fucking idiot.
Clutching how? Sterling shamelessly dived across VDV. The game would’ve been stopped if the ref actually chose to punish Sterling. Romero wouldn’t need to make the (idiotic) challenge he made.

Romero got lucky at first. Why didn't someone calm him down? He had red mist
As a vice captain, he should be the one calming others down.

Not going to lie, my trust in him has gone through the floor tonight.

How does a team so in control of a game implode so badly with absolutely no provocation? We were murdering them and it was only a matter of time until we scored the second. I don’t know what they’ve been doing all week but they were far too fired up for a fight. Against an opponent who didn’t even want a fight. FFS. Disastrous now, with VDV and Maddison out as well.

Why the hell did we make this game a fight, we would have walked away with this if we just kept our heads, now we have 45 mins of pain and stress
