Hope the fans in the stadium give Poch a great welcome, deserves it for what he did for the club...

Yes but i hope that doesnt kill the atmosphere and help them.

Maybe what he wants saying all that

Be nice after the game not before it.

Agree clap him after the game, no chance before.

Sing the Ange song loud and clear before

I am amazed anyone is particularly confident

They’re a bogey side of ours and they have some outstanding players.

Going to be very tough IMO
We beat them comfortably 2-0 around Feb / March with a much poorer squad, reason to give us some added confidence going into this one for a change.

Wont be a walkover by any means though, will be a tough derby.

Paul Merson has said he'll be surprised if Chelsea don't whoop us, so that'll do for me.

To be fair to him he said he'd be surprised if Spurs won.
Paul Merson as a pundit make his predictions based on what he would like to see happen as oppose to being real. A lot of space between his ears, do not give him the time of day.

Sarr was definitely there, certainly for the outdoor part (eg at 4m 10s).

Surely Maddison would of been mentioned in the team news if there was an issue...maybe he had a personal matter to attend to

I wonder how the Chelsea fans feel about their manager gushing over us :ROFLMAO:

I think Jose said some nice things about Chelsea when with us. I personally appreciate the honesty as long as it doesn’t come across as not backing their current team.

It's the type of game that rivalry aside, I'd almost be more happy for us to win than I would be at home to a City or Liverpool. I think those ones you can always get yourselves up for and sort of ride the occasion but in a match like this where we're comfortably the better side yet it's still a big game for all involved, it will show real professionalism to just get the job done, actually display our superiority and get the three points.

It's one of those where I'm reasonably confident we'll win, but will be typical of football if we don't.

I’m never ‘fully ‘ confident - as yet - that we’ll win every game we play…. But my faith in the team & coaching staff means I’m a lot more hopeful than I have been for many years. I think Chelsea will rattle us early; but we’ll dig in and turn it around for a 3-1 home win. … hoping Udogie is back ?

Feel more relaxed now Arsenal have lost. Just wanted to be the longest unbeaten team at this point. Now can enjoy the games at least until we get to the business end of the season where it will get tense.

I imagine police presence is gonna be pretty full on tomorrow given its Chelsea plus everything else that's going on.

The fallacy of stats, eh. We can't expect Chelsea to be "just another mid table team" against us because, usually, form goes out of the window for these games. This is a derby, they'll raise their game.
